It was a pleasure to see Robert today. He was well prepared having studied my previous history. He listened carefully and showed me the results of CT Scan and examination, explaining clearly the findings. He was very reassuring and made a comprehensive plan for my treatment even consulting with other departments who are treating me. He recorded the consultation on the sane day and sent it to all concerned. He is professional, and caring with an excellent bed side manner and communication skills. I am very pleased to be treated by him.
